Ministry & Personnel

The Ministry of Staff Relations (formerly known as Ministry and Personnel Committee) provides support and consultation to Church staff, and facilitates open and clear communication with the congregation. They provide job descriptions for all staff, and give clear direction regarding authority and responsibilities when carrying out these roles within the church. This committee conducts semi-annual performance reviews, and ensures that all police record checks are up-to-date. New members wishing to join this committee will receive appropriate training and support.
